Market Square King Soopers Remodel
King Soopers #31 has been located at Wadsworth & Jewell in the Market Square Shopping Center since March 7, 1971. The store was originally 35,908 square feet and over the years they have expanded and remodeled and will begin another remodel in February 2011. The store will remain open during the remodel and will be completed in phases with a completion date of August 3, 2011. The remodel will include all new flooring, the new "Bountiful" natural theme to give the 53,959 square foot store a more open feel. Support beams will be exposed and painted, ceiling tiles removed and glassed vestibule at the back.
