Led by Avi Omer, VP Housing Division, our showcase homes are designed by some of the country’s top architects and can be found in the area’s most exclusive communities. In just over a decade more than 25 AmCap Ventures homes have been constructed in south Florida areas including; Gulf Stream, Delray Beach, Hypoluxo Island, Ocean Ridge and Manalapan.

Our clients understand that the “first time is the cheapest time”. Correct engineering, use of the best quality materials, experienced craftsmen, combined with close supervision, assure that repairs/renovations that are both costly to the checkbook and reputation will not be necessary.
