AmCap Denver Limited Partnership ("ADLP") refinanced for $72M

April 30, 2013, AmCap Inc. refinances the AmCap Denver Limited Partnership ("ADLP") properties for $72M.  Colliers International worked exclusively on behalf of the borrower, a joint venture between AmCap Inc. and a state pension plan, to secure the loans through Principal Real Estate Investors (PREI).  AmCap Inc. purchased the King Soopers anchored ADLP Portfolio in the Denver Metro Area in 1987.  The centers are managed by AmCap Inc. in the Denver Regional office of 44 Cook Street #710, Denver, CO 80206 and consist of 8 properties totaling 895,000 square feet.

AmCap Harmony LLC announces the Acquisition of a Fort Collins, Colorado retail property

AmCap Inc purchased Harmony Marketplace in Fort Collins, Colorado for $58 million on August 31, 2012.  The 350,571 square foot King Soopers anchored shopping center also includes Home Depot, Walgreens, PetSmart and HomeGoods.  The 69,890 square foot Kings Soopers is a top performer and contributes to the center’s rank as the market dominant center.  Harmony Marketplace is located on the northeast corner of Harmony Road and College Avenue in Fort Collins, CO.  This is the third major property purchased by AmCap Incorporated's $250 million core fund in Colorado within a year.

AmCap Tiffany LLC announces the Acquisition of a Denver, Colorado retail property


AmCap Inc purchased Tiffany Plaza in Denver, Colorado for $47M on November 22, 2011.  The 214,411 square foot Whole Foods-anchored shopping center also includes junior anchor 24 Hour Fitness and a new 12, 538 square foot Petco that opened November 7, 2011.  The 58,900 square foot Whole Foods at Tiffany Plaza has the second highest sales per square foot in Colorado and is located on the southwest corner of Hampden Avenue and Tamarac Square at 7300 - 7800 East Hampden Avenue.  This off market purchase is the second AmCap Inc transaction in 4Q 2011 totally over $80M.

AmCap Austin Bluffs LLC announces the Acquisition of a Colorado Springs, Colorado retail property

 

AmCap Inc purchased Marketplace at Austin Bluffs in Colorado Springs, Colorado for $33M on November 18, 2011.  The 226,626 square foot King Soopers-anchored shopping center also includes junior anchors such as 24 Hour Fitness, Hancock Fabrics, Ace Hardware and Office Depot.  The King Soopers at Marketplace at Austin Bluffs is among the best performing stores in the state, with $600/SF sales and a 2033 lease expiration.  The property was substantially redeveloped in 2007.  The sale was brokered by Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, and is located on the northwest corner of Academy Boulevard and Austin Bluffs Parkway at 3604 - 3650 Austin Bluffs Parkway, 4170 and 4284 N. Academy Boulevard.

AmCap NorthPoint LLC negotiated a 10 year lease with Ross Dress For Less Inc. for 30,864 square feet at NorthPoint Center in Arlington Heights, IL. The projected opening date is October 7, 2011. NorthPoint Center is a 276,336 square foot center with a great mix of national and regional tenants.
