Jack Krowl

Managing Director - Asset Management

Jack joined AmCap in 2013. As Managing Director – Asset Management, he oversees accounting, property management, construction, and leasing activity across the entire AmCap portfolio. Separately, Jack is responsible for all Asset Management analysis and reporting for the portfolio’s separate investors and lenders alike. 

Jack also serves as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, and has been  directly involved in over $1.25 billion dollars of acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization transactions throughout his tenure at AmCap.

Jack is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder Leeds School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and is an active member of ICSC.
