Kevin Coppola

Property Manager

Kevin joined AmCap in November 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager for our shopping centers located in Colorado. In his current role as Property Manager, he assists the Director of Property Management with managing the Colorado properties in AmCap’s portfolio.

Before joining AmCap, Kevin worked for real estate investment and management companies in the Boston area, focusing on property management and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University and has his real estate license.
