NORRIDGE, IL July 18, 2022 – AmCap’s Norridge Commons in Norridge, IL recently celebrated the grand opening of Amazon Fresh, a new grocery store concept designed from the ground up to offer a seamless grocery shopping experience, whether customers are shopping in-store or online. At 50,000 sf, the Norridge location is currently the largest Amazon Fresh across the country. The innovative store includes Amazon’s unique Just Walk Out technology which synchronizes the online and in-store experience via customer’s Prime membership. The store also offers a customer service area for Prime members to make Amazon returns and lockers to pick up Amazon orders in store.
Amazon Fresh serves as the anchor for the latest phase of AmCap’s Norridge Commons, a 22-acre shopping center that includes 315,647 SF of retail space. “We are excited to welcome Amazon Fresh to Norridge Commons.
