AmCap Harmony LLC Announces the Acquisition of a Fort Collins, CO Retail Property
September 9, 2012 - AmCap Inc purchased Harmony Marketplace in Fort Collins, Colorado for $58 million on August 31, 2012. The 350,571 square foot King Soopers anchored shopping center also includes Home Depot, Walgreens, PetSmart and HomeGoods. The 69,890 square foot King Soopers is a top performer and contributes to the center’s rank as the market dominant center. Harmony Marketplace is located on the northeast corner of Harmony Road and College Avenue in Fort Collins, CO.
This is the third major property purchased by AmCap Incorporated's $250 million core fund in Colorado within a year.
