Kalliyan Gurmendi

Leasing Paralegal

Kalliyan joined AmCap in May 2026 as a Leasing Paralegal, and is responsible for drafting and reviewing lease documents and legal notices across all properties. Prior to this role, she worked as a litigation paralegal, where she prepared and drafted documents in support of lawsuits and trial proceedings.

Kalliyan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, with double minors in International Affairs and Philosophy, from the University of Colorado, and a Paralegal Certificate from Metro State University.
