Ty has worked with Amcap since 2007 in both capital markets and acquisition capacities. He is CEO of Atlas Retail Capital and Atlas Interests and has participated in over $4B of transactions throughout his career. He was formally Senior Vice President and Senior Director of NAI Global and NAI Brannon Goddard in New York and Atlanta, where he was a founding member and leader of NAI Global’s Institutional Services Group, “ISG.” He led both private client and institutional projects domestically and abroad in China, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, and Malaysia. He was previously Senior Associate of Investment Properties at CBRE. Ty received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Finance from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business in Gainesville, Florida, in 1998. He then received his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Georgia State University, J. Mack Robinson College of Business in Atlanta, Georgia, where he served on the advisory board.
